For the second time, the Prague Congress Centre hosted the ESGE Days international medical congress organised by the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. The congress took place in a hybrid form, yet over 2,000 top experts from all over the world traveled to Prague. Another 1,000 joined online. It is the first major international congress held in Prague after the coronavirus pandemic. The organisers and the Czech representatives were very satisfied with the course of the event. Prof. MD Tomáš Hucl, Ph.D. stated: "ESGE and its representatives have organised many congresses around the world and have extraordinary experience in the field.
It is a wonderful feeling to see that we also have professionals of this calibre in the Czech Republic. I think that your congress centre and above all, your team, did a great job, even in this challenging time." He also thanked the PCC team, especially Hana Obrázková, for the quality approach to and the equal partnership with the foreign company ESGE.
