in the Prague Congress Centre

Included in the rental price

  • The set-up of the room (only 1 option - chairs, tables). PCC‘s movable furniture.

  • Foyer – only as a lobby area (charged if used  for other purposes like cultural programme, exhibition, catering etc.)

  • Basic navigation system inside the PCC.

  • Usage of the elevators and escalators.

  • Freight lifts for congresses with an accompanying exhibition – max. 5 hours during the set-up and max. 5 hours during the dismantling.

  • Cloakroom with attendants.

  • Usherettes during culture events in the Congress Hall and Forum Hall.

  • The cleaning of rented meeting rooms, foyers and corridors.

  • Basic Wi-Fi Free connection for participants

  • Toilet access including cleaning.

  • First Aid Room.

  • The adjustment of stage levels in the Forum Hall.

  • Fire brigade inside the PCC.

  • Standard lighting, air condition and heating – quality and air temperature ensurance according to the valid standards of the Czech Republic and the building project.

  • Electricity – provision of energy consumption in the leased premises from existing distribution network with following limits: Large halls – max 60 kW, 3 phase 400 V, protection 32 A, middle-sized halls – max 30 kW, 3 phase 400 V, protection 16 A, small-sized halls – max 10 kW, 1 phase 220 V, protection 16 A – (if specified at least 14 days before the event). Energy included in the rental price does not apply to supporting exhibitions.

Services can be provided in price of the rental if specified at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the event.

  • Power supply for exhibition stand

  • Parking (for public or price for organizers max. 5 parking cards/event)

Other services will be charged upon the client's order.

  • Own audio-visual equipment adapted to the centre´s premises

  • Collaboration with the best AV companies

  • Many years of experience and know-how in the provision of comprehensive services at major international congresses and exhibitions, as well as smaller meetings

  • The possibility of videostreaming between any halls in real time

  • Modern interactive tools for engaging the participants in the event´s programme

  • Large-area projection and LED walls up to 4K resolution

Internet connection

  • Wi-Fi network with the ability to set the security level

  • Internet connectivity 600 Mbit or more

  • On-site IT support

  • Network configuration on request

Digital navigation system

  • Easier orientation throughout the building

  • Indoor and outdoor LCD screens

  • Individually set of the screens content

  • Managing the system from one place (navigation, sending information to event participants or advertising)
