The unique spaces of the Congress Foyer, Social Hall, or Zoom with the legendary Onyx Bar will provide you with a unique view of Prague, complemented by first-class catering from the Zátiší Group. The premises will provide you with capacity for 200 up to 2 000 persons. If you are looking for smaller spaces, we are happy to offer them in the neighbouring Holiday Inn Prague.

Services included in the rent

 Arrangement of the hall according to the client's wishes (chairs, tables - one option). Furniture from the PCC offer.
 Use of foyer as an area for mingling.
 Basic navigation system inside the building.
 Use of lifts and escalators by clients and event attendees.
 Use of the freight lift for a max. of 5 hours during delivery and a max. of 5 hours during clean up after the event for congresses with an accompanying exhibition.
 Cloakroom with service for visitors.
 Hall service for cultural events in the Congress and Social Hall.
 Basic Wi-Fi Free connection for event attendees.
 General cleaning of meeting and mingling areas.
 Toilets including their regular cleaning during the event.
 First Aid room.
 The use of a retractable auditorium in the theatre set-up and the modification of the podium area in the Social Hall.
 Fire Brigade in the Prague Congress Centre building, fire alarms, automatic fire extinguishing system.
 Basic lighting, air-conditioning and heating - ensuring air quality and temperature in accordance with applicable standards of the Czech Republic and the building design.
 Basic consumption of electricity in rented premises - does not apply to exhibitions. Electricity consumption limits: large halls - max. 60 kW, 3 phases 400 V fuse 32 A, medium halls - max. 30 kW, 3 phases 400 V fuse 16 A, small halls and foyers - max. 10 kW, 1 phase 220 V fuse 16 A.
The exact determination of the services included in the rental price with all conditions is part of the premises rental agreement. The services included in the rental price must be specified no later than 14 days before the start of the event.

Basic paid services

  • Podium 6 m x 2 m (the size of the stage depends on the number of people on the board and the AV equipment)

  • Lectern

  • Flipchart with a block of paper and a set of markers

  • Freight lift with service

  • Security guards (speaking both Czech and English)

  • A table for the exhibition

  • Chairs for the exhibition

  • Tablecloth/bunting for the exhibit table

  • Electricity for the exhibition stand

  • Waste container

  • Fixed connection (cable)

  • Parking (for the public or a discounted rate for the organiser, max. 5 parking cards per event)

Other services will be billed according to the client's specifications..
